At Juelri, we want your shopping experience to be simple and convenient from the moment you place your order until your jewelry arrives at your door.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Norcross, Georgia. We aim to ship orders on the next business day after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Shipping Options

Free shipping orders are sent using USPS Standard Shipping. Customers who need faster delivery may select available expedited shipping options from USPS or UPS during checkout. The cost of expedited shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

International Shipping

International orders of $500 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping charges for international orders below $500 are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by the destination country.

Order Tracking

Every Juelri shipment includes a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control. Expedited shipping speeds selected at checkout apply to carrier transit time and do not change our order-processing schedule unless specifically stated.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@juelri.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

30-Day Risk-Free Returns: You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days after delivery—no questions asked. You may carefully open, inspect, and try on the jewelry. Return the correct product with all pieces and accessories originally included.

U.S. customers receive a free prepaid return label. Please request the label at support@juelri.com before mailing the package; independently purchased postage cannot be reimbursed. Promotional and discounted purchases are eligible for return. There are no restocking fees.

After the return is received and accepted, the full refund will generally be issued to the original payment method within seven business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.
